The Salvation Army Barrhaven Church & Community Centre
Most people recognize the red-and-white shield of The Salvation Army as representing a social services organization that responds to disasters, feeds the homeless, and runs thrift stores. Many do not realize the underlying purpose of those efforts is rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
As a local branch of The Salvation Army, Barrhaven Church and Community Centre aims to bring help, hope and salvation to everyone without discrimination. Our church is a place to build relationships with people who care, a place to belong to a community of faith, and a place to become a person of purpose.

Beginner/Junior Brass Band
Beginners/Junior Band Registration Opens August 7 and will remain open until September 28.
Practices begin on Tuesday September 8, 6:30-7:15pm. The cost of joining Beginners/Junior Band is $20 for the year.

Women’s Fall Walk
Celebrate the changing seasons at our Women’s Fall Walk on Saturday, September 26th at 10:30 AM! We will gather at 253 Winding Way (Chapman Mills Conservation Area) for a scenic stroll, with lunch to follow at Kelsey’s.

Save the Date! Our Christmas Craft Market is back again this year!
Join us for our annual Christmas Craft Market on Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM! Located at 102 Bill Leathem Drive, this festive community event features a wonderful variety of local crafts, unique gifts, and holiday cheer. Admission is completely free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
