Free Community Music Programs!

The Salvation Army has a long history of music excellence, and is dedicated to give it all to the Glory of God. We have long believed in the transforming power of music―both in healing lives and providing life-changing opportunities, especially in the case of young people. Studies have shown that youngsters involved in music programs demonstrate increased confidence and self-esteem, and perform better in the classroom.

If you have children in grades 1-12, we welcome you to consider enrolling in our FREE music programs. No instrument? No problem! We will provide you with an instrument for your use during the program year. All lessons and materials will be included at no additional fee.

Registration night typically takes place in September, but if you have child who is interested in joining, please contact the Ministry Centre (ministrycentre@salvationarmybarrhaven.ca or (613) 440-7555) and we can put you in contact with one of our leaders.
